How To Grow Huge Chest and Shoulders?
In order to start, you need to warm up. This is an important rule for all types of workouts in order to avoid injuries. Then you work your way through five rounds of the circuit that I will share below.
Before you continue, you should ensure that you keep your form correctly. One way to do that is to choose the proper weights carefully. Especially when going for the high rep sets.
If you need help in determining the proper weights and/or determining if you have the proper form, you may ask for help from a professional trainer. You may also start with lighter weights to ensure the proper form and proper way to perform those exercises.
When talking about rest in between each set, you need to rest just enough to catch your breath. Of course, avoid too lengthy rest. When talking about rest between each set to recover, you need to aim for about 1-3 minutes. Then, of course, repeat and go again until you finish your workout.

Standing Barbell Press
You should start this exercise by holding a barbell (with proper weight, of course) across the top of your chest. Engage your core (as you would in almost all exercises) and take a breath. Then, you should press the bar and push it overhead by squeezing your glutes in order to keep your back from extending. Lock the weight overhead. Then you should lower it in a controlled manner. Mainly for controlling your shoulders. Repeat five times. Go for the next exercise.
Dips
You start “dips” by jumping up on two parallel bars with your palms facing inward and straight arms. If you’re attempting to work out at home, you could use two boxes or the backs of two sturdy chairs. You should lower yourself down until your elbows are at right angles. Make sure that you do not flare outward. Drive yourself back up to the starting position. Make sure you keep a good form throughout the entire performance. Repeat ten times. Go to the next exercise.
Push Ups
Push ups are the foundation of building a huge chest. You may already know how to correctly perform them. Anyway, you should start in a plank position. Make sure you engage your core. Also, ensure that your hands are stacked below your shoulders. Bend your elbows in order to lower your chest to the floor. You need to push back up in an explosive way. However, as you do it, ensure that your elbows are close to your body. Repeat fifteen times. Go to the next exercise.
Tricep Extensions
To start tricep extensions you need to lie flat on a bench or on the floor. Have a barbell locked out above your chest while in this position. Bend at the elbows and slowly lower the bar towards your forehead. You should make sure that you are going to keep your upper arms locked and perpendicular to the bench. You need to lower the bar until you are just about to touch it with your head. Press it back up explosively. Repeat this exercise twenty times with the proper weight.
You finished your first round of the circuit. Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat all over again. I would recommend a total of five rounds of this circuit.
