This Clenbuterol administration protocol is also very popular because it helps you break down the resistance that the body is building up to the compound. You run Clenbuterol for 2 weeks, then you stop its administration for 2 weeks. Then start again at 2 weeks and then stop for 2 weeks.

6 Week Cycle Protocol

This Clenbuterol cycle is very similar to the first one, but is slightly more aggressive. That’s because you run Clenbuterol for only 6 weeks and you increase the dosage of it pretty quickly. By the time that you’re finishing the 6 weeks cycle, you’re already at the maximum tolerable dosage for you. Usually, the side effects are getting out of hand at this point and that’s why you don’t go over 6 weeks. For restarting a cycle, stop the use of Clen for at least 6 weeks.

Fourth Method

There’s also another way to use Clenbuterol but is not very popular and we don’t really recommend it due to various reasons – continuous use without increasing the dosage by adding Ketotifen for a longer period. This is done to keep Clenbuterol effective because Ketotifen would make your receptors break down slower.

Clenbuterol Dosage

Clenbuterol is usually started at 20 mcg a day and the dosage can reach up to about 120 mcg a day for men and around 60 mcg a day for women.

There are some professionals who go as high as 200 mcg a day but anything over this dosage is considered pure abuse.

In fact, by far not all people can tolerate dosages of 120 mcg a day or even higher. Some people won’t tolerate even lower dosages. Which is why Clen should be started slowly and then gradually increased.
