   It’s August 13th 2023 I’ve been taking 2 shots of anomass 400 a week and you can already see a difference. Veins are popping out and I was doing dumbell presses with 100 pounds for 4 or 5 and I am getting 8. I’m doing 15 pull-ups at 225 pounds and I was 217 when I started this cycle. Of course my diet consists of eggs and tuna, oats, I’m happy with my progress so far and just started my 2nd bottle yesterday. Always happy with irondaddy products and delivery.
