You mix Tirzepatide with bac water, (reconstitute it). There's no set answer for how many ml must be added to the vial. For example, if you reconstitute 5 mg Tirzepatide with 5 ml bac water (you get the bac water and inject it into the Tirzepatide powder, then mix it well), you'll get 1 mg of Tirzepatide per 1 ml injected. If you reconstitute with 10 ml, then 1 ml will offer 0.5 mg of Tirzepatide. I hope you got the idea. You inject it subcutaneously with insulin injection once or twice per week. This was the second brand I’ve tried of Tirzepatide. The other was Crowx brand. Both were 5mg. Ultima was slightly less effective for me and my wife. So we went back to Crowx
