Depends on the dosage that you plan to use. If you use 250 mg per week, you will need 1 ml weekly. If you use 500 mg per week, you will need 2 ml weekly. I guess you got the idea. For example, if you plan 300 mg per week, you will need 1.2 ml per week. Regardless of the weekly dosage you plan to use, split it weekly. Such 3-4 days. Such as every Monday and Thursday. Or Wednesday and Friday. I guess you got the idea. If it's 2 ml (500 mg/week) per week, then 1 ml x2 weekly, if it's 300 mg per week, then that's 1.2 ml per week = 0.6 ml x2 weekly. I guess you got the idea.

Good product this has been my go to source for years the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the packaging it was tor. That could have been shipping so who knows but it’s always packed tightly together and was crystallized nothing that warming it up won’t fix. But all in all still my source.
