Ozempic 1mg (3 prefilled pens) (USA)

Doses of Ozempic are 0.25 mg up to 1 mg per week. I recommend starting with 0.25 mg once a week (same day of the week). Then you can switch to 0.25mg x2 per week (two days, evenly apart throughout the week, such as Monday and Thursday), or, if you're uncomfortable injecting twice weekly, could go for once 0.50 mg per week. Increase only when you have enough experience with lower doses first (2-4 weeks).
Absolute maximum dosage is 2 mg per week, but only when you have enough experience. The 3 pens will last depending on your dosing schedule. If you go for 0.50 mg per week, they will last for 6 weeks.
