It depends on the weekly dosage you're planning to use. If it's 250 mg/week then you need two bottles and you're going to have left 8 ml. 1 vial (bottle) contains 10 ml of 250 mg = 2500 mg in total. 250 mg/week x 12 weeks = 3000 mg in total you need. If you plan 500 mg/week then you're going to need 3 vials. 500 mg/week x 12 weeks = 6000 mg / 2500 mg = 2,4 (3) vials.
As a first cycle I wouldn't recommend anything else than just Testosterone alone. But you also need Anti-Estrogens for estrogen control during the cycle and PCT meds to get off cycle correctly. All in all, you're likely to need Testosterone, Arimidex and Nolvadex. But it's just the testosterone as the cycle.
