What is the preferred dosage on this product? Is it 1 mg or less?
1 mg is the maximum daily dosage you can use.
It is recommended to start with a low dosage such as 0.25 mg per day then slowly and gradually increase it to a maximum of 1 mg or even lower if you experience side effects. It is recommended to use it for 3-14 days and then cycle off (stay off it for at least the same time as you used it) to avoid building up tolerance to it.
