Starting weight completely depleted at 190 lbs. Full cycle gained to 215 lbs at 25 MG every 4 hours upon waking up for 3 doses totalling 75 MG per day. Minimum of 2+ hours intense cardio 7 days a week and 5 days a week of training. Upon cycling off, water weight depleted to a even 200 lbs.
