This question was ask but was not answered properly..it say comes with 22/23 gauge needle and 1in/1 1/2 inch needle.. please explain does this mean it comes with Both a 1 inch needle and a 1 1/2 in needed..the answered provided makes no sense it just repeated what it initially said.
